Tim has been with Avion Films since they opened in 1994. Over the years he has developed a reputation for hilarious, dry comedy. He gained international acclaim with the film "Truth in Advertising", which he co-wrote and directed. His comedic tweak of the advertising world caused an online sensation, being named by Shift Magazine as one of the top internet films of all time, and went on to be screened in official competition at the 2001 Cannes Film Festival.
Tim continues to balance award-winning commercial work with long form projects. Most recently he directed his first feature, "Mama's Boy", starring Jon Heder, Diane Keaton, Jeff Daniels, Anna Faris, and Eli Wallach. He has also written and directed other award-winning short films and directed the first six episodes of actor Steve Martin's post-modern sketch comedy show, "The Downer Channel".
